This role will embody our culture, serving clients and leveraging centralized client experience, marketing, business development, and operations teams. The Lead Advisor acts as a Personal CFO, leading client relationships, delivering exceptional experiences, and designing wealth management plans that support clients' passions and purpose. They will leverage internal and external resources for investment management, estate planning, tax planning, risk management, and general planning. The role involves communicating the firm's value proposition to prospective clients, developing community relationships, collaborating with national teams on custodial branches, and representing Brighton Jones at public speaking and industry events. A key responsibility is leading a local service team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction through remarkable service.
