About The Position

The Inspections Coordinator provides administrative support by maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the daily and ongoing needs of our customers and inspection teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in Administration
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision while managing others
  • Advanced experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail with accurate and excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to speak confidently and with poise
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange inspection appointments with customers and building departments
  • Be the liaison between Field Managers, customers, and building departments to ensure successful inspections
  • Maintain the computer system by updating and entering job-related data
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolving current issues
