About The Position

As a Lawn Technician, you will work outdoors helping customers maintain healthy, green, pest-free lawns. You will identify lawn and pest issues, apply treatments, monitor lawn conditions, and develop recovery plans when lawns need additional care. The role includes checking customer properties, identifying problems early, and ensuring each yard receives appropriate attention. You will keep customers informed and follow through on lawn recovery efforts. The position involves hands-on field work and may require assisting in other service departments within the branch as needed.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years and an acceptable driving record.
Basic math skills to measure and mix product applications accurately.
Ability to safely operate a variety of hand tools and equipment.
Technical proficiency with computers and smartphones.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Availability for a flexible schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to safely move about customer locations, climb stairs and ladders, and work under or around furniture, equipment, and in tight spaces.
Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in regular seasonal weather conditions.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator in some cases.
Enthusiasm, dedication, attention to detail, and a customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities
