About The Position
Farrow Pest Control and Plant It Earth/SWAT Mosquito are hiring Lawn Care and Pest Control Technicians for the Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida areas. The role provides residential and commercial lawn care, pest control, and mosquito control services, depending on the assigned position. Candidates may have relevant experience or be starting a new career; training is provided. The position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $18.00 or more per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform laborer duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial lawn care, pest control, and mosquito control services based on assigned position.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively.
- Inspect properties to identify lawn health concerns, pest activity, and treatment needs.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and application tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable state regulations.
- Manage assigned service routes efficiently and professionally.
