About The Position

Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of experienced Lawn and Groundskeeper. This position will be responsible for upkeep, maintenance and repair of lawns, tree, shrubs, gardens, parking areas, driveway, walkways, entrance and exits, storm drains, etc. and the maintenance of all tools and equipment used to perform the job. This includes mowing, using a weed eater, blowing leaves, trimming, picking up limbs, picking up trash and all other duties needed to maintain the beauty of the 65+ acres of grounds. This position works outside all year round maintaining the grounds. This position also assists the Facilities Maintenance staff with lite maintenance work such as, moving furniture, set up of events, hanging signs and other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements

Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
5-10 years groundskeeping/landscaping experience
GED or High School Diploma Required
Drug Screen
Criminal Background Check
Driver’s License Check
Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
Climb Ladders to roof tops
