About The Position
Security USA, Inc. is seeking a security officer to provide security and customer service for a community. The role includes greeting tenants, monitoring CCTV, following access-control procedures, preparing reports, securing the premises, and patrolling shared areas. The available schedule is Monday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Requirements
- Valid security guard license.
- Law enforcement or military background.
Responsibilities
- Greet incoming and outgoing tenants.
- Monitor CCTV of the building and its surroundings.
- Ensure guests and vendors follow proper access-control guidelines.
- Provide incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA.
- Secure the premises and provide security assistance when necessary.
- Patrol shared areas in the building.
