•$2,000 - $9,000•Remote

About The Position

New Law Business Model is seeking an independent, business-to-business Law Business Success Coach to provide strategic business consulting and accountability to an assigned roster of estate planning attorneys enrolled in Personal Family Lawyer® membership tiers. The coach will help attorneys build profitable, high-performing practices by implementing New Law business systems and moving from flat-fee transactional work to recurring-revenue, relationship-based models. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition and retention, cash-flow optimization, and measurable business growth. The coach will use business planners, metric dashboards, and cash-flow projections to track progress against growth benchmarks, identify firms experiencing difficulties, and conduct timely outreach to support client relationships and member retention. The coach will deliver sessions at the cadence required by each membership tier, provide asynchronous support with a 48-hour turnaround, document session outcomes in the CRM within 24 hours, and use New Law’s resource library to help members resolve operational challenges. This is a remote contractor engagement. The contractor is responsible for their own business entity, taxes, remote office, computer equipment, high-speed internet, and professional liability insurance. Proprietary software and access to specialized platforms and network ecosystems will be provided for the engagement. Monthly contract revenue generally begins around $2,000 during onboarding and orientation and may scale to $5,000–$9,000 or more depending on availability and roster size, typically 20–80 firms. Compensation is based on a fixed per-member, per-session, or approved project-milestone basis. The engagement does not qualify for corporate employee benefits.
