About The Position

The Success Coach connects students with academic, professional, and personal support services to enhance academic skills and increase retention and graduation rates. The role provides general guidance to students navigating university resources, including academic support services, mentoring and career counseling programs, mental and physical health care services, and financial management services.

The Success Coach supports student orientations, workshops, and programs related to these services. The position may also support programs for targeted student populations, such as first-year, transfer, first-generation, and/or low-income students. Under general supervision, the role creates and distributes communications to targeted student audiences and updates and maintains confidential student records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
