About The Position

The Laundry Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily operation of the central warehouse and commercial laundry facility. This role works alongside the team to ensure laundry production, warehouse organization, inventory control, off-site linen and supply deliveries, and common area cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and to company standards. This position requires management skills as will lead and train laundry staff. Additionally, this position actively participates in workflow execution, monitors productivity in real time, and helps keep operations running smoothly to support a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling, inventory management, and operational software systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and team development.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in commercial laundry and hospitality operations is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the central warehouse, ensuring the laundry facility remains clean, organized and operating efficiently.
  • Oversee and prepare off-site linen and supply deliveries to ensure properties are stocked and operational.
  • Oversee common area cleaning schedules for multi-unit properties.
  • Train, coach, and develop laundry staff to meet company standards.
  • Monitor daily production and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and report inventory needs to the Operations Manager.
  • Track staff productivity and operational performance metrics.
  • Develop efficient workflows and continuously improve operational processes.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping leadership to ensure linens, supplies, and operational needs are met.
