About The Position

The Laundry Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring departmental efficiency in a safe working environment and ensuring customer orders are filled and delivered as accurately and efficiently as possible. The role requires awareness of the needs and conditions of other plant departments to help plan laundry productivity and provide the highest possible level of service.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 3 years of combined operations and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules for production employees in assigned departments.
• Provide daily work assignments.
• Monitor and ensure productivity records are posted.
• Counsel, coach, and provide corrective action for employees as necessary.
• Monitor, report, and record daily fill rates.
• Ensure a safe work environment for employees.
• Inform the Operations Manager or Production Manager of problematic situations related to laundry operations.
• Provide direct supervision to Laundry departments and plant employees as assigned.
