About The Position

Laundry Attendants keep hotel linens clean, crisp, and presentable for guests. The role is responsible for washing and drying hotel linens and guest laundry, helping ensure guests have a happy, healthy, and clean space during their stay. Work is active and involves handling laundry equipment and supplies, cleaning work areas, and accommodating varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay calm under pressure, and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
• Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel laundry experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, sort, and store clean linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
• Operate equipment to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, or package hotel laundry items.
• Maintain linen supplies at the specified supply level.
• Clean machines and surrounding areas.
• Process guest laundry.
