About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a part-time Laundry Attendant to join the Housekeeping Team at Lodge Alley Inn Resort in Charleston. The role involves operating washers, dryers, and folders while providing excellent customer service. The attendant folds and sorts linens and terry items, transports linens between Operations and the buildings, and reports maintenance deficiencies to help maintain resort standards. The position requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment, including responding to guest requests and business needs, and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct.

Requirements

• Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related job.
• Previous hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Fold and sort linens and terry items.
• Transport linen to and from Operations and the buildings.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to help maintain resort standards.
• Move large and heavy objects, such as carts and large bags of linen.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and respond flexibly to spontaneous guest demands and business needs.
• Maintain a professional image through appearance and conduct.
