Full Time Laundry Aide (AM)

About The Position
Silverado North Shore is hiring a Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents in a memory care community. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and sorting laundry and ensuring resident garments and linens are handled properly. The Laundry Aide contributes to department and community goals and helps maintain a safe and sanitary environment. The position is full-time on the AM shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The anticipated pay range is $14–$17 USD.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Responsibilities
