About The Position

Dynasty Financial Partners is redefining what independence means in wealth management. As a pioneer in supporting independent RIAs, we are seeking a Launch Marketing Strategist to lead one of our most critical and rewarding functions: guiding financial advisors and advisory teams through the transition into the Dynasty network and onto a strong, polished, and distinctive brand foundation. This role sits within Dynasty’s client-serving marketing team, the Network Partner Marketing team, and is dedicated to guiding financial advisors through the full lifecycle of brand creation. From naming the firm and crafting its core messaging to launching a professional website and establishing its digital marketing infrastructure, this Strategist owns every step of the launch journey. The ideal candidate brings deep brand development expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead creative teams and external partners with confidence and clarity. Just as important, this role provides steady leadership, clear guidance, and confidence throughout the process. Above all, we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for problem solving, someone who takes pride in delivering a flawless launch experience that sets partner firms up for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 8 to 10+ years of marketing experience, including substantial client-facing work in brand development and project management
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and external partners including copywriters, graphic designers, and web developers
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple client engagements simultaneously from kickoff to completion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present creative concepts, deliver feedback diplomatically, and manage client expectations with professionalism
  • Outstanding attention to detail — the kind that catches a misspelling, misaligned logo, an inconsistent font, and a broken link all in the same review pass
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a calm, solutions-first approach when challenges arise
  • Comfortable and willing to work a flexible schedule that accommodates client availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • This role includes limited, purposeful travel, generally once or twice per quarter, to support high-impact client, partner, or team engagements.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Constant Contact (or equivalent email platform), Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or marketing agency background
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light design work and creative direction
  • Background working within a marketing agency environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the Launch Marketing Journey. Serve as the primary marketing project manager and strategic partner for each transitioning Dynasty network firm, guiding them through a structured process from onboarding to go-live. Lead the development and delivery of each firm’s complete brand foundation, including positioning, messaging, visual identity, and print and digital collateral.
  • Direct Creative Partners. Act as the day-to-day point of contact and quality control lead for a network of internal and external creative writers, graphic designers, and web developers. Provide clear, thorough briefs; review deliverables with a sharp eye; and ensure every asset meets Dynasty’s standards before reaching the client.
  • Project Manage with Precision. Build and maintain detailed project plans for every launch engagement using Monday.com, tracking milestones, deadlines, resource allocations, and dependencies across all active clients simultaneously.
  • Communicate with Clarity and Diplomacy. Serve as the calm, organized voice guiding clients through a process that is often new and occasionally stressful. Translate complex creative and technical decisions into clear recommendations, manage expectations proactively, and resolve issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Adapt to a Flexible Work Schedule. Understand that many of our partner firm advisors are actively managing other priorities. Be available and responsive for meetings, reviews, and communications during evenings and weekends as client needs require.
  • Collaborate Internally. Work closely with the broader Network Partner Marketing team, Dynasty’s compliance and operations groups, and other internal stakeholders to ensure each launch aligns with firm-wide standards and supports a seamless advisor onboarding experience.
  • Ensure Quality at Every Step. Apply meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables, from proofreading copy to verifying website links, brand color codes, and domain configurations, so that every firm transitions smoothly and launches with confidence.
