About The Position

LUUM is seeking experienced lash artists to work alongside its robotic lash platform in a technology-forward beauty environment. The role offers in-depth training on the system and is intended for artists interested in learning new technology, growing their lash careers, and providing excellent client experiences. Artists use the robotic system to apply eyelash extensions and provide related lash services while maintaining client comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Requirements

Current California esthetician or cosmetology license.
At least 100 hours of lash artist experience, with client references.
Knowledge of general sanitation laws and procedures and beauty-industry health and safety standards.
Self-reliance and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
Proficiency in classic and volume lash applications.
Excellent precision and attention to detail in lash application.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
Availability to work evenings and weekends; nights and weekends are required.
Passion for innovation and interest in learning new technology.

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ natural lashes and advise on suitable lash styles and lengths.
Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the lash application process.
Provide lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilize tools, and follow sanitation protocols.
Keep up to date with eyelash extension trends and techniques.
Provide excellent customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and build strong client relationships.
Perform lash applications using LUUM’s robotic lash system after training.
