About The Position

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Lash Technician/Lash Artist to provide lash and brow services in a warm, inviting salon environment focused on guests’ beauty, confidence, and the health and care of their natural lashes. The salon offers services including LED application of lash extensions, Korean lash lifts, brow staining, perming, tinting, and threading. The role includes ongoing training, a built-in book of leads, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. Compensation averages $12 per hour during orientation, then transitions to 30% commission.

Requirements

Active cosmetology or esthetics license.
At least 1 year of experience as a Lash Technician.
Customer-service focus and enjoyment of working with people.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and be trusted with responsibilities.
Motivated, friendly, and responsible.
Comfort educating clients on products and services.
