About The Position

The LifeSpa Lash Specialist provides lash services and treatments that support guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance their club experience. Services include lash extensions, lash tinting, and lash lifting, delivered to exceed guest expectations. The specialist also provides individualized consultations, educates clients about LifeSpa and Salon offerings, maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the LifeSpa and Salon, and stays current on industry certifications and trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Esthetician or cosmetologist license in the state where the work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of lash experience.
• Six months of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized lash services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Discuss options with clients to determine each client’s individual needs.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the LifeSpa and Salon.
• Serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Remain current on certifications and new industry trends.
