About The Position

As a Beauty & Lash Specialist at milk + honey, you’ll provide personalized lash, brow, and waxing services in a relaxing spa setting. Through thoughtful consultations and skilled techniques tailored to each guest, you’ll help guests feel confident, cared for, and refreshed. The front desk team and online booking help build your schedule with guests already visiting the location, so bringing your own guests is not necessary. Pay is based on completed treatments and varies by service type and bookings. Lash extension full sets pay $54.25–$84.25 per service; lash extension fills, $17–$37; lash lifts, tints, and brow laminations, $9.25–$34.25; lash care and finishing services, $3–$17.75; and waxing, $1.75–$46.50. Specialists keep 100% of gratuities and earn 10% commission on product sales. Specific days and shift start times depend on the available position. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available after 30 days for team members working 28 or more hours per week. Paid time off is available from day one. Requirements

Current Illinois licenses and/or certifications required for the services performed.
Knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and safe lash, brow, and waxing techniques.
Willingness to provide the full range of lash, brow, and waxing services.
Commitment to personalized guest care and continued professional development.

Responsibilities

Provide lash lifts and tints, brow laminations and tints, facial and body waxing, and lash extensions tailored to each guest’s needs.
Consult with guests to understand their goals, review health histories, and adjust services for contraindications.
Recommend products that support each guest’s beauty needs and at-home routine.
Maintain accurate guest treatment notes and a clean, welcoming treatment room.
Build lasting guest relationships through personalized care and recommendations for future visits.
