About The Position

Deka Lash Pooler is hiring a part-time, licensed Lash Artist. The role involves providing lash lifts, extensions, facials, and brow services, building lasting client relationships, recommending memberships and aftercare products suited to clients, maintaining a clean station and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the team. Paid training in Deka Lash techniques is provided, so prior experience with the company’s method is not required. There may be an opportunity to take on more hours or move to full-time.

Requirements

• An active Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Availability for about 15 to 25 hours a week, including some evenings.
• Some weekend availability.
• A friendly, confident way with clients.
• An eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with lash lifts, extensions, facials, and brow services.
• Build client relationships that encourage repeat bookings.
• Share memberships and recommend aftercare products that fit each client.
• Keep the work station spotless and the environment welcoming.
• Pitch in with the team.
