About The Position

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides skin and facial services and treatments that support guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance their club experience. Services include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application, delivered to exceed guests’ expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Esthetician license in the state where the work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of cosmetology experience.
• Six months of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Discuss options with clients to determine their individual needs.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of LifeSpa and Salon.
• Serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
