About The Position

Requirements

• Florida Esthetician License or Cosmetology License (required).
• At least 18 months of lash extension experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, reliability, and dependability.
• Open availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; weekends are required.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continue developing and perfecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide lash and brow services, including eyelash extensions, tinting, lifting, volume services, brow lamination, and sugaring.
• Sell memberships, products, and services.
• Manage client interactions, including checking clients in and out and building customer loyalty.
• Apply lash application techniques specific to Deka Lash.
• Continue learning and developing lash skills.
