About The Position

Deka Lash in Brandon, Florida, is hiring an experienced Lash Artist. The role is for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists who provide lash and brow services and contribute to an exceptional customer experience in a team-oriented environment. Services include eyelash extensions, tinting, lifting, volume, brow lamination, and sugaring, as well as offering quality retail products.

Compensation is hourly and includes commission, bonuses, and tips; the posting says employees may earn up to $27 per hour. The workplace features new, modern facilities, and the position offers the opportunity for promotion to Master Lash Artist. Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Required Florida Esthetician License or Cosmetology License.
• At least 18 months of lash extension experience.
• Willingness to apply lash application techniques specific to Deka Lash.
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Open availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; weekends are required.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continue to develop and perfect skills.
• Selling memberships, products, and services is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide lash and brow services, including eyelash extensions, tinting, lifting, volume, brow lamination, and sugaring.
• Sell memberships, products, and services.
• Manage clients, including checking them in and out and building customer loyalty.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team and provide a positive customer experience.
• Apply lash techniques specific to Deka Lash and continue developing and refining skills.
