About The Position

Bison Group LLC is hiring a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to support Department of Defense and national security objectives. The role conducts open-source intelligence collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources, develops collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production. The collector also contributes to OSIR quality reviews and provides language-based insights and expertise, ensuring reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements. The position requires Chinese or Mandarin language capability and an active TS/SCI with polygraph before starting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Intelligence Community experience.
At least 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
Language-enabled in Chinese or Mandarin.
Must be able to pass and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test within 12 months; the stated normal benchmark for Mids is 2,2,1.
English reading and listening comprehension at ILR level 3 or higher, and writing at level 3 or higher.
Non-native contract staff must pass an English competency test, such as TOEFL.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance before starting.

Responsibilities
