About The Position

As a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector, you will conduct open-source intelligence collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and address intelligence requirements. You will create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements. The role also contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise, ensuring reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Intelligence Community experience.
At least 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
Language capability in Chinese or Mandarin.
Ability to pass an ILR or DLTP language certification test within 12 months and maintain certification; the typical target for mids is 2,2,1.
English comprehension at ILR level 3 or higher for reading and listening, and level 3 or higher for writing.
Non-native contract staff must pass an English competency test, such as the Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance prior to starting.
