About The Position

Bison Group LLC is a people-focused small business supporting Department of Defense and national security objectives. The Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector conducts open-source intelligence collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources, develops collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production. The role contributes language-based insights and expertise to OSIR quality reviews and ensures reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements. The position requires Spanish language capability, intelligence community experience, an active TS/SCI with polygraph before starting, and the ability to pass and maintain a qualifying language certification. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Intelligence Community experience.
At least 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with at least some experience within the last 2 years.
Spanish language capability.
Ability to pass, within 12 months, and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test; the stated typical requirement for Mid-level staff is 2,2,1.
English comprehension: Read and Listen at level 3 or higher and Write at level 3 or higher on the ILR scale.
Non-native contract staff must pass an English competency test, such as the TOEFL.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph before starting.

Nice To Haves

Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or government offerings is desired.

Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and address intelligence requirements.
