About The Position

Bison Group LLC is hiring a junior-level, Spanish language-enabled OSINT Collector to support Department of Defense and national security objectives. The role conducts collection from foreign sources using MAS and OSINT tools, develops collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production. The collector also contributes to report quality reviews and provides language-based insights and expertise, ensuring reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph before starting, Spanish language capability, and the ability to pass and maintain the required language certification. The stated salary range is $65,000–$75,000. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Intelligence Community experience.
• At least 3 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
• Spanish language capability.
• Ability to pass within 12 months and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test; the posting gives typical levels of 2,2,1 for Mids and 3,3,2 for Seniors.
• English comprehension at ILR Read and Listen levels of 3 or higher, and Write level of 3 or higher.
• Non-native contract staff must pass an English competency test, such as the TOEFL.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph prior to start.

Nice To Haves

• An Open Source or OSINT certification from a commercial or government provider is desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and fulfill intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
• Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and provide language-based insights and expertise.
• Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
