About The Position

Bison Group LLC is a people-focused small business supporting Department of Defense and national security objectives. The Junior-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector conducts open-source intelligence collection on foreign sources, develops collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production. The role contributes language-based insights and expertise and helps ensure reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements. The position requires Spanish language capability, Intelligence Community experience, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph before starting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Intelligence Community experience.
At least 3 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with at least some experience within the last 2 years.
Spanish language capability.
Must be able to pass within 12 months and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test; the posting notes typical scores of 2,2,1 for mids and 3,3,2 for seniors.
English comprehension: Read and Listen at a 3+ level and Write at a 3 or higher on the ILR scale.
Non-native contract staff must pass an English competency test, such as the TOEFL.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph required before starting.

Nice To Haves

Any commercial or government Open Source or OSINT certification is desired.

Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and address intelligence requirements.
Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and provide language-based insights and expertise.
Ensure reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
