About The Position

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an outgoing, energetic Lane Technician to help maintain and operate the bowling center’s lanes and equipment. Working with the Facility Manager, the technician ensures that lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, and scoring equipment are maintained and operating efficiently. The role is suited to a motivated team player who enjoys working in a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center and takes pride in providing a clean and safe environment for team members and guests.

Requirements

Basic working knowledge of hand tools.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
Ability to complete physical duties.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous service to guests while complying with company protocols, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot pinsetter machines.
Oil lanes and buff approaches.
Service pinsetters, correct pin jams and ball-return issues, address minor malfunctions, and record service events on stop sheets.
Clean and maintain lanes, approaches, pin decks, kickbacks, and ball returns.
Perform other minor facility repairs.
