About The Position
Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an outgoing, energetic Lane Technician to help maintain and operate bowling lanes and related equipment efficiently. The Lane Technician works with the Facility Manager to maintain lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, and scoring equipment. The role is suited to a motivated team player who enjoys working in a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for team members and guests.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
- Ability to complete physical duties.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests while complying with company protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot pinsetter machines.
- Oil lanes and buff approaches.
- Service pinsetters by correcting pin jams, ball-return issues, and minor malfunctions, and record these issues on stop sheets.
- Clean and maintain lanes, approaches, pin decks, kickbacks, and ball returns.
- Perform other minor facility repairs.
