About The Position
Harmony Design Group, a landscape architecture and construction firm, is seeking its first Landscaping Sales Specialist to spearhead sales for its Design/Build division. This is a base-plus-commission opportunity, with year-one compensation expected to be $85,000–$115,000+ and opportunities for growth. The Landscaping Sales Specialist will meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals, and project needs, and manage the sales process from the initial consultation through signed contract. The role also ensures a smooth handoff to production and generates new business through networking, referrals, community events, and relationship-building.
Requirements
- Sales and/or business development experience in a service-based industry, such as landscaping or construction.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRMs.
