About The Position
Superior Inc. Dba Brown Design Group is seeking a Landscaping Construction Estimator and Project Manager for its Design Build Division. The role oversees 8–12 design-build projects annually. It involves taking engineering designs and plans, preparing estimates, creating production plans, overseeing production goals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements
- Experience in construction or landscaping management.
- Understanding of the design-build process, including bids, estimates, take-offs, project schedules, job costing, and budgets.
- Experience using project management and estimating software.
- Experience overseeing field crews performing installation projects, including conducting quality and safety checks.
- Experience reading design plans and blueprints.
- Experience serving as a liaison between customers and field crews on project-related questions, including managing change orders.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be able to pass a motor vehicle check to ensure insurability under company insurance.
