About The Position
Naylor Landscape Management is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman for a leadership role delivering high-end residential landscaping projects in Southwest Michigan. Projects include patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more. The starting pay is $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with compensation based on experience. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to earn over $90,000 annually through overtime, snow pay, commissions, and profit sharing. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Candidates from Grand Rapids are welcome; the posting notes an easy reverse commute to Kalamazoo with lighter traffic and a predictable drive. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience leading a landscape installation crew.
- At least 3 years of landscape construction or installation experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations.
Nice To Haves
- CDL-A, or the ability to obtain it within 60–90 days.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills.
