About The Position

Russell Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to lead and coordinate landscape maintenance operations. The manager supports maintenance crews and crew leaders across multiple job sites, oversees scheduling and work quality, and helps ensure clients are satisfied. The role also includes coordinating tools, materials, and equipment; managing costs and budgets; maintaining equipment and training crews; monitoring performance; collaborating with sales on enhancement opportunities; and keeping accurate operational records.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• Strong horticultural knowledge, including plant health care, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support landscape maintenance crews and crew leaders across multiple job sites.
• Develop and manage schedules for mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and other maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients and resolve concerns or landscape issues promptly.
• Monitor crew productivity and coach team members.
• Oversee logistics for tools, materials, and equipment.
• Track labor, material, and equipment costs and manage project budgets.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and train crews in its correct use.
• Work with sales to identify opportunities to upsell enhancement services.
• Maintain accurate timesheets, service logs, client notes, and other reports.
