Requirements

Strength and stamina to carry 80 pounds
Ability to work stand-by in emergencies
Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other areas of our facilities
Ability to pass the pre-employment drug screening and background check, which includes motor vehicle reporting
Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, including bending, stretching, and lifting in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Serve our clients by mowing, blowing, weeding, edging, pruning, supplemental watering, mulching, shrub transplanting, and more
Maintain each property with precision and high attention to detail, fostering the concierge-style service Father Nature offers each client
Operate a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
Troubleshoot and repair landscape irrigation and lighting systems
