About The Position

Walmart is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to lead a team of exterior service technicians and help deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on commercial landscape management and exterior building and grounds maintenance, keeping outdoor spaces safe, clean, and well maintained. The Crew Leader facilitates on-the-job training in processes, equipment use, and asset safety, and performs landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid state-issued driver's license, and at least two years of experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance and team leadership. The position is full-time and offers pay of $26.00–$51.00 per hour based on experience, with geography-based additional pay potentially available.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to facilitate required on-the-job training.
• Proficiency using technology such as phones, tablets, and laptops for work order management and record-keeping.
• Willingness and ability to perform landscaping tasks, with or without specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest and disease management through chemical applications.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance, including irrigation, pressure washing, and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians to deliver service and support customer satisfaction.

• Perform landscaping work, including cutting grass and managing weeds, with or without specialized equipment.
• Apply knowledge of planting, pruning, and pest and disease management through chemical applications.
• Maintain commercial exterior spaces, including irrigation systems, and perform pressure washing and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Use phones, tablets, or laptops for work order management and record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot customer service issues and prioritize work.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards for ethics, integrity, and safety.
