Requirements

• Landscaping, excavation, or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Dependable with good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Responsibilities

• Perform site preparation, grading, leveling, and excavation
• Assist with drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
• Help complete landscaping and hardscaping projects
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
• Follow company quality and safety standards
