As a Landowner Relations Team Member on Intersect's Community Engagement team, you'll lead the landowner relationships that underpin successful project delivery and long-term community trust. The Landowner Relations Team Member serves as the primary connection between Intersect and participating landowners from late-stage development through construction and into operations. This role delivers proactive, clear communication, coordinates issue resolution across teams, and ensures landowner commitments are honored—supporting both project success and Intersect's reputation in the communities where we operate. You'll work closely with Development, Land, Construction, Legal, Communications, Safety, and Operations teams, translating complex project activity into landowner-first engagement that builds trust, reduces risk, and strengthens Intersect's social license. This team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect's mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. The Community Engagement team partners across the entire project lifecycle to foster genuine, durable relationships with local landholders, neighbors, and local institutions. Joining this team means serving as the human bridge between large-scale clean energy infrastructure and the people who steward the land, growing alongside collaborative peers dedicated to authentic partnership.
