About The Position

The Land Warehouseman manages materials and inventory to support operations. The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment, ensuring safe handling and storage, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping. It also supports Deepwater Wells materials inventory through coordination with company vendors and third-party providers, including physical inventories at vendor locations. The role performs quarterly materials-movement reporting in SAP and external systems, organizes electronic files, follows established procedures, and independently identifies processes and creates Standard Operating Procedure documentation.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including email and document writing.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work as a self-starter.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ERP systems/SAP.
• Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, loading and off-loading trucks, material movement, and material scrapping.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and materials from deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Perform driving duties when necessary.
• Work with company vendors and third-party providers to manage materials inventory specific to Deepwater Wells, including conducting physical inventories at vendor locations.
• Prepare quarterly reports of materials movements in SAP and external systems.
• Record and organize electronic files and follow predetermined procedures.
• Identify processes independently and create Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data.
