About The Position

The Warehouseman is responsible for efficiently managing the movement and handling of materials within the plant site. The role includes operating overhead cranes and forklifts, handling inventory, maintaining production line equipment, and performing related tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with whole numbers, and use units of American money and measurements for weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Demonstrated reliable work history.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on precision and quality in inspection tasks.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 months of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to load and unload materials.
• Receive incoming inventory and ensure proper tagging and documentation.
• Maintain production line equipment with necessary raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Use computer systems to tag, ship, and receive materials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
