About The Position

The Land Warehouseman manages materials, ensuring their safe storage and handling, maintaining inventory, and supporting operations by receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment. The role may involve working in a field or remote setting. It includes coordinating materials inventory for Deepwater Wells with vendors and third-party providers, maintaining records and reports, and improving processes through Standard Operating Procedure documentation.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including email and document writing.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter and quickly grasp new concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ERP systems/SAP.
• Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, loading and off-loading trucks, material movement, and material scrapping.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and materials from deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Perform driving duties when necessary.
• Work with company vendors and third-party providers to manage materials inventory specific to Deepwater Wells, including conducting physical inventories at vendor locations.
• Perform quarterly reporting of materials movements in SAP and external systems.
• Record and organize electronic files and follow predetermined procedures.
• Work independently to identify processes and create Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data.
