JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who exercises sound judgment and applies a practical approach to business decisions. This role requires extensive experience with oil and gas title transactions, statutory and case law, administrative regulations and processes, and contract interpretation, particularly in Ohio and Oklahoma. A strong working knowledge of land-related processes, from pre-drilling preparation through royalty distribution, is essential. This position manages and supervises a team that supports an active multi-state drilling program and serves as a liaison among the Land Operations, Lease Administration, and Division Order teams. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Land Administration.
