2nd Shift - Laminator Operator
About The Position
ProAmpac is seeking a Laminator Operator to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and wash up lamination machinery and equipment. The role involves preparing materials and equipment for production runs, tracking materials and work in progress, and providing guidance to other team members. The position works primarily in an indoor manufacturing environment and routinely involves working around moving equipment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The stated salary range is $20.00–$26.00, depending on experience. ProAmpac states that safety and team health are priorities and provides personal protective equipment and sanitizing supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two to four years of experience with production machinery.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available upon request.
- Safety shoes and vision protection are required; hearing protection is required in some areas.
- Plant machinery certification may be required.

Responsibilities
- Safely set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and wash up lamination machinery and equipment.
- Locate and stage materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment as needed for production runs.
- Verify and track materials for inventory and work-in-progress reporting.
- Train and provide guidance to other team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
