Lamination Operator 1st shift
About The Position
The Lamination Operator works in production at TTM Technologies, a global manufacturer of printed circuit boards and other technology products. The role involves operating and maintaining processing equipment within established parameters, following production schedules and process requirements, and producing precisely designed products in accordance with blueprints, customer standards, engineering notes, and shop control documents. The operator works closely with teammates while maintaining a customer-focused approach and complying with safety, quality, and export-control requirements. The position requires standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience using circuit board terminology.
- Knowledge and experience using CNC machinery and measurement and inspection tools, including magnification tools, scopes, eye loops, calipers, and gauges.
- Strong comprehension of written English instructions, including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
- Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines.
- Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
- Read blueprints and understand English instruction documents and engineering notes to produce precisely designed products.
- Comply with all safety and quality guidelines.
- Follow dispatch requirements while accommodating scheduled changes for hot orders and customer requirements.
- Work closely with others in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture and a sense of urgency.
- Adhere exactly to process requirements.
- Comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
