About The Position

Textiles Coated International (TCI), which has manufactured high-performance fluoropolymer films, laminates, and composites since 1985, is hiring a Machine Operator for lamination work in Manchester, New Hampshire. The operator sets up and runs laminating equipment to manufacture industrial materials, following production instructions and standard operating procedures. The role includes monitoring product quality, preparing materials, recording production data, and supporting safe, efficient operations. Training is available for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow written work instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Experience using ERP or shop floor data entry systems.
Familiarity with quality inspection practices.
Knowledge of 5/6S and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate lamination equipment according to job travelers and standard operating procedures.
Record production data using computer-based manufacturing systems.
Measure, monitor, and calibrate equipment to maintain product quality.
Inspect products and document production results, including quality concerns or defects.
Safely handle materials and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
