About The Position

Loenbro is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to assist with construction tasks and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This physically demanding role requires mindfulness and the ability to work well as part of a team. The position is with Loenbro West and reports to a Journeyman, Lead, or Foreman. Work takes place in manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments. Conditions may include extreme cold or heat, confined spaces such as tanks and vessels, limited working surfaces and visibility, noise above 85 decibels, and intense odors. The role requires compliance with applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety policies. Requirements

GED or high school diploma.
Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
Ability to lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.

Nice To Haves

Skilled in math, including adding and subtracting fractions.
Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
Assist with installing construction materials, including pipes, concrete, and steel.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
