About The Position

Hawaii Works is seeking a high-performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work. Support construction crews by performing general labor tasks that assist in completing projects safely and efficiently. Laborers provide essential jobsite support to help skilled workers and crew leaders maintain productivity.
