About The Position

Eaglecrest Ski Area is seeking a hard-working individual to join their team as an Eaglecrest Laborer. This role involves manual labor, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and requires reliability and a positive attitude. The position offers challenging and rewarding work with changing daily duties throughout the summer, keeping the role fresh and exciting.

Requirements

• Not less than 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, scheduled and emergency overtime, and be available for required on-call duty.
• Performing work outdoors, year round, in all weather conditions.
• Maintaining physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include heavy lifting, walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time and operating assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Working under conditions that provide high exposure to the public.
• A valid Driver’s license at time of appointment and for continued employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating chainsaws, brush cutters and heavy machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
• Being reliable, on time and bringing a positive attitude to the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader, grader, pickup truck/sander, and snow cats to ensure parking lots, maintenance shop yard, and surrounding areas are clear of snow and safe for vehicle and pedestrian use.
• Support snowmaking efforts and lift operations by ensuring reliable transportation routes, equipment access, and timely snow removal across operational areas.
