About The Position

The Laborer/Line Worker works in the evisceration department, the first operation portion of processing. The job involves standing for eight hours, working at a fast pace, and performing tasks that require good hand-eye coordination. Physical tasks include reaching, grasping, lifting up to 50 pounds at times, and twisting, bending, and stooping some of the time. The work schedule is 4:45 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.; some Saturdays may be required.

Requirements

• Able to stand for eight hours.
• Able to work from 4:45 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
• May be required to work some Saturdays.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to reach and grasp.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Able to twist, bend, and stoop some of the time.
