About The Position

We’re looking for a Laborer that will be responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites, supporting skilled trades, and assisting with the erection of structures and buildings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment.

• Cleans and prepares construction sites to support safe and efficient daily operations.
• Loads, unloads, moves, and organizes materials and supplies as needed.
• Performs general labor activities in support of project and trade requirements.
• Operates hand and power tools safely and effectively under appropriate supervision.
• Works collaboratively with Carpenters, Operators, supervisors, and other skilled trades.
• Follows direction and communicates clearly to support project workflow.
• Readily assists across multiple trades and work activities based on project needs.
• Contributes to a positive, respectful, and productive jobsite environment.
• Maintains clean, organized, and accessible work areas throughout the project.
• Handles tools, materials, and equipment with care.
• Identifies damaged, unsafe, or improperly functioning equipment and reports concerns promptly.
• Completes assigned tasks thoroughly and in accordance with project expectations.
• Responds effectively to changing jobsite priorities and supervisor direction.
• Recognizes potential worksite, material, or equipment issues and communicates them proactively.
• Supports practical solutions that keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrates flexibility in performing additional duties necessary to meet project needs.
• Adheres to company and general construction safety procedures at all times.
• Uses tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly.
• Maintains awareness of jobsite conditions and potential hazards.
• Reports damaged or unsafe tools and equipment to supervisors immediately.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general construction safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor.
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites for daily activities.
• Unload and load materials, supplies, and mixed concrete.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout the project.
• Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other skilled workers as directed.
• Provide general labor support for construction activities across multiple trades.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support project needs.
• Operate jackhammers, earth tampers, and other hand or power tools under supervision.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors immediately.
