Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of construction, labor, handyman, or renovation experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Must have basic tools
• Ability to work independently and stay productive

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively
• Experience with painting, demo, and basic handyman work strongly preferred
